Joining Lucid Private Offices will guarantee your monthly rate for 12 months. From there, you have flexibility you can add on that can stipulate when you can move out without penalty.
A 12-month commitment with a guaranteed rate. Includes all Lucid Private Offices amenities.
For an extra 10% per month, you will have the option to provide a 60-day notice to move out of your office without penalty.
For an extra 20% per month, you will have the option to move out at any time without penalty.
Lucid Private Offices in Allen/Fairview occupy the 2nd floor of the newly constructed Class-A Allen Place Office Complex and boast executive suites, a board room, multiple conference rooms and team rooms, a variety of coworking spaces, a full-service coffee lounge, and the latest IT infrastructure. With easy access to I-75, the office space is ideally located less than one mile from over 50 restaurants and shops in Watters Creek and Allen Convention Center, and less than three miles from the Allen Event Center and Premium Outlets.
