When you schedule your meeting, please request the conferencing hardware from our staff. After plugging the hardware into the host’s laptop, and the wide-angle lens will be able to capture the entire room and provide clear, crisp audio for those joining virtually.
Absolutely. Lucid Private Offices staff will greet you and your attendees upon arrival, escort you to your room, and assist you throughout your reservation with anything you need.
We note each meeting room’s occupancy on our reservation page. From intimate 3-person huddles to large training seminars, we have solutions to fit your needs.
We rent by the hour or by the day. You can rent consecutive days in a row if you’d like.
The cost to rent a meeting room depends on the location, the length of time, and the room choice itself. Full pricing can be seen at our reservation page. If you’d like to rent out a room for multiple days, please reach out to us personally.
You do not have to be a member with us to reserve a meeting room. However, our Private Office members receive complimentary monthly meeting room hours as well as a 25% discount on additional hours. Our part-time office clients also receive that 25% discount.

We don’t have a catering service that we operate, but our staff at each location is knowledgeable about great places that either deliver or are compatible with UberEats/Doordash. Our staff will notify you when your food arrives and help you get set up.
Our meeting rooms with televisions have screenshare technology, and we also have complimentary video conference hardware if you request it ahead of your meeting.
