With a Team Office at Lucid Private Offices, you can mix and match different offices in the building to suit your needs as a company. In addition, you have access to the rest of the floor including hot desk areas and the coffee lounge, and you can also take advantage of our state-of-the-art meeting rooms with included monthly hours.
Your package includes lockable private offices with 24/7 access, completely furnished layouts to choose from, enterprise-grade internet, IT support, free printing, janitorial service, community events, an on-site receptionist to greet clients and receive shipments, and hours for our world-class meeting rooms. In addition, you have access to our coffee lounge with unlimited water, coffee, and select espresso.

We have offices from small interior one-seat suites to large 20+ seat bullpens. You are able to select an assortment of all different types to compile your perfect workspace package.
Our standard agreements are 12 months, but we also offer Flex and Ultraflex options for a percent increase on rent. With a Flex agreement, you can move out before your term ends as long as you provide a 60-day notice. With an Ultraflex agreement, you can move out at any time.
Yes! The price we quote when you rent is your monthly price. This includes Internet, electricity, janitorial, printing, and more.
We’re thrilled when our members use their office to bring in guests or clients to collaborate and work together.
Our on-site hospitality team will be able to assist you with setting up your devices for printing, and we have an online ticket system for IT assistance.

Parking is offered at all of our locations. While some locations have free parking, others may have varying pricing and availability.
We can accommodate 20+ team members depending on your needs. There may be a limit to how large one office can be, but you are able to purchase multiple offices to create an area to call your own.
While we do offer fully-furnished offices, you are welcome to bring in your own furniture as well.
